Vertical Reality ‘09

Two weekends ago I went to a church event called “Vertical Reality”. The event is a time for teens to come together and learn more about God. The atmosphere is amazing! Vertical Reality is held at “The Vineyard” in Ariton, Al. The Vineyard has a pond, vast field for sports (such as football), a rope swing and dormitories for students to be housed. The main highlight of the weekend is the praise and worship. The worship was led by Exit 13 out of Mobile, Al. The lighting was done by Premeir Entertainment Group out of Dothan, Al. I took about 260 photos over the course of the weekend. Most are of the Amazing Race, a team race to several challenges to build leadership and get to know others not from your church. You will also find many, many worship photos of Exit 13. It was tough to shoot in the dark, yet bright atmosphere, especially with an 18-55mm f.3.5-5.6 lens, but I did my best with what I have.
